Quiet Mind Riding Solo - No Talking, No Music, No Hype - Green Lanes by Himalayan 411

I missed out on the group ride today due to some unforeseen responsibilities. Still managed to get out for an hour or so for some much needed saddle time and make this for the spicy brained amongst us. We all know how good riding is for our headspace and I hope this helps convey at least a little of the benefits we get from it. Yes there's the thrills and spills of exciting lanes and challenging times, but there's also the quiet mind too, never to be underestimated. No talking, no music, no hype..
