Broadcom's $63B Anthropic Deal Explained: The $43B Backstop

A $63 billion financing announcement is not a $63 billion profit. We explain the vehicle that will buy Broadcom AI equipment and lease it to Anthropic, and the approximately $43 billion maximum potential backstop described in Broadcom's October 27 filing.
