The Retrofit Academy Summit | October 2022

Hosted by The Retrofit Academy, in a new series of Retrofit Academy Summits dedicated to the huge challenges and opportunities the retrofit industry is facing. As we scale up the industry we already have, for hundreds of newly qualified Retrofitters putting down roots is the priority – whether in employment or setting up a new business. We bring together the industry to ask, once established, how can people build their careers and their businesses to respond to market opportunities? We hear from two large employers in the UK, who are actively looking to resource their teams with Retrofitters and upskill their supply chains to ensure they are able to deliver quality retrofit at scale; an independent Retrofit Consultancy that has started from scratch; and a new initiative to bring Retrofit to the able-to-pay market, opening the door to the larger housing market.
