And that’s exactly how my Kashmir journey began. ❤️ After reaching Kashmir with my parents, our first evening was spent on the beautiful Dal Lake — sailing through the calm waters on a shikara while watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains. The golden sky, the reflections on the lake, the quietness of the evening… and having my parents beside me made that sunset feel even more special. I’ve always wanted to see Kashmir, but experiencing it with them made the beginning of this journey feel a little more meaningful.
