Day 57 of saying something every day! ✨ A few days ago, I witnessed something at a restaurant that genuinely made me uncomfortable. A woman was shouting at a waiter because she wasn't happy with the food or the service. And what bothered me the most was that the waiter was continuously apologizing, even though he wasn't the person who had prepared the food. That incident made me think: *What gives us the right to treat someone as if they're beneath us just because of the job they do?* Whether you're a company director, a doctor, a teacher, a waiter, a delivery worker, or anyone else, you're doing a job. Different professions have different responsibilities, but that doesn't make one person more deserving of respect than another. Of course, customers have every right to complain when something goes wrong. But there's a difference between raising a genuine concern and humiliating someone who's simply trying to do their job. We all depend on different people in our everyday lives. No profession exists in isolation, and the world wouldn't function the way it does without the contributions of people working in different roles. Personally, I believe we're here to live and experience this world, not to use our professions, money, or positions to make other people feel inferior. You don't have to agree with everyone, and you don't have to accept poor service. But basic human respect should never depend on someone's job title. What do you think? Why do some people feel entitled to disrespect service workers? Thanks for listening to another one of my random thoughts. ❤️ #Day57 #SayingSomethingEveryday #RespectServiceWorkers #DignityOfLabour #TreatPeopleWithRespect #HumanDignity #CustomerBehavior #RestaurantExperience #WorkplaceRespect #SocialIssues #Empathy #LifeLessons #HumanNature #DailyVlog #RealTalk
