This talk is arranged by KVANN Norwegian seed savers. This is the first of two webinars on the topic. Angelica a hardy biennial herb, native to Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, the Faeroes, Finland, Russia, and eastern parts of continental Europe. Angelica archangelica has a rich cultural history in the nordic region. Dóra Svavarsdóttir is a chef, teacher, and food activist. She is Chair of the Slow Food Iceland Network and is passionate about helping people discover how Icelandic nature and traditional food culture can inspire more sustainable cooking, both in professional kitchens and at home.
