In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a custom Pressure Pipe Tee Fitting in Autodesk Civil 3D based on standard engineering details and dimensions. In real-world infrastructure projects, the required Pressure Pipe fitting may not always be available in the default Civil 3D catalog. In this situation, we can create a custom fitting as per project standards and add it to the Pressure Pipe Catalog. In this video, we will use a 90° Reducing Tee as an example and go through the complete workflow from understanding the standard detail to testing the final fitting in a Pressure Pipe Network. 🔧 What You Will Learn ✅ Understanding the standard Tee detail ✅ Identifying required dimensions and parameters ✅ Creating the Tee fitting geometry ✅ Defining connection points ✅ Configuring the fitting as per standard details ✅ Adding the custom Tee to the Pressure Pipe Catalog ✅ Using the custom fitting in a Pressure Pipe Network ✅ Checking fitting orientation and connections ✅ Verifying the final 3D model with the standard detail 💻 Software Used Autodesk Civil 3D 📐 Topic Covered Pressure Pipe Network | Custom Pressure Pipe Catalog | Tee Fitting Creation | Standard Details This tutorial is useful for Civil 3D Designers, BIM Modelers, Infrastructure Engineers, CAD Engineers, Utility Designers, and Pressure Pipe Network Modelers. 📚 More Tutorials on InfraCAD Mentor 🔹 Civil 3D Infrastructure 🔹 Pressure Pipe Networks 🔹 Pipe Networks 🔹 Wet & Dry Utilities 🔹 Dynamo for Civil 3D 🔹 BIM Modeling 🔹 Utility Design & Modeling 🔹 Civil 3D Automation 🔹 Practical Project Workflows If you find this tutorial useful, please Like 👍 | Share ↗️ | Subscribe 🔔 to InfraCAD Mentor for more practical Civil 3D and Infrastructure BIM tutorials.
