A FUN upgrade for Revival Trance with Celes, Rune Knight - Bracket 3 Deck Tech

All the videos I have watched so far “upgrading” this precon either took a route with Terra which did not seem fun to me, or overlooked Celes because of its infinite/combo potential. I do not play infinites or combos at all, but I do love Celes. And so, this video is a video to make this deck extremely fun with Celes as the commander on a budget without infinites/combos.
