After Work in Aichi, Japan 🇯🇵 | 5PM–9PM: Hot Pot Dinner for Two & My Second Job

Hello everyone, I'm Hiyori ☀️ I'm a 35-year-old office worker living in Aichi, Japan with my husband. I left work at 5:41 PM and stopped by Daiso on the way home. Tonight, I made mille-feuille nabe with napa cabbage and pork, miso soup with eggplant and tofu, and dressed tomatoes for the two of us. The cabbage came from a little roadside vegetable stand in Karuizawa — just ¥250 ($1.58 / €1.41). The leftovers became tomorrow's lunch 🍱 After dinner, I started my second job as a virtual assistant, booking a flight and a hotel for a client's business trip.
