It might look like there's a lot going on but for normal/hard mode, this boss is not as hard as it seems. Most attacks deal fairly low hp% damage so it is not that easy to die unless you facetank everything. My advice is to just focus on the attacks that oneshot you (lasers & P3 FMA).
