Ghostface 30th Anniversary Mask & Robe In Depth Full Review with Gen 1/2 Comparison

Hey everyone, So this is the video 30 years in the making for me. Back on December 20, 1996 I was lined up outside a downtown theatre in the Alberta cold air with my girlfriend (now wife) as well as a couple other friends to see what looked like was going to be another Wes Craven masterpiece… and without a doubt it was! I looked everywhere for a copy of that Ghostface mask and there was nothing to be had up here until later 1997. That is when I found a tagged mask that said, “fearsome faces” and had a little picture of Ghostface in the corner that said “glows in the dark” and I thought that’s the mask from Scream how come it doesn’t say Scream or Ghostface? Long story short, I ended up buying it as well as buying a copy of the costume when it came out not too long after with a Gen 2 bib mask. After all these years, I’ve always kept them in good condition. Luckily, never knowing how valuable they would be one day. Well, Fun World released the 30th Anniversary Ghostface masks that are essentially replicas of the original Gen 1/2 mould and after placing my order with Halloween asylum back in January 2026 they finally arrived in the third week of August and my goodness they did not disappoint! This is my full in-depth review of the new masks, the robe and what I think of it all. I apologize for the length of the video (and my poor audio with so much background noise sry!), but like I said it’s 30 years in the making, and I’ve been waiting a long time to make this video.
