Fallout 4 Survival, But I Build A Far Harbor Empire

In this video I'm going to try and create an empire in Fallout 4's DLC, Far Harbor. I will be going there immediately at level 1 with no loot and I'll have to grind, scavenge, loot, and try to build a settlement capable of producing thousands of caps. Will I be able to conquer Far Harbor and turn it into an empire that makes me rich in Fallout 4? Lets find out.
