Jolteon x Umbreon - SUPERBLOOM

Hello everyone!!!! I have come back with an absolute PASSION for this one... This is a tragic love story, ultimately. Jolteon and Umbreon were lovers, until Jolteon's untimely death. What happened to her is unspecified, but it is possible that she did it to herself.... plagued by inner demons, her struggle was palpable. When Umbreon lost her, he no longer felt whole... no longer felt real, even. As if his soul had been taken with her. He held on deeply to his memory of her, to the point it drove him practically mad... and to satiate the yearning for her, he eventually makes the decision to join her. I like to think of the last part sort of like abstraction in The Amazing Digital Circus, if you've seen that. Kind of like a state between being alive and bean deceased. Filled with memories, emotions, colourful visions. But he is not truly reunited with her. It's nothing more than the visions of his own head. He is never to find his love again, simply cursed to be in this limbo state before his consciousness fully degrades into nothingness. There is minor symbolism in the flower crown given to Umbreon a few times throughout the video. He made the flower crown originally to feel more at peace with losing Jolteon, but unfortunately, it just served as another reminder. It drove him to the point of no return. And when he is shown being given it by Jolteon, that is where he becomes put in that limbo state, it symbolizes a sort of "achievement" of getting what he wanted.... although it was all in his own head at the end of it anyway.
