Pressure Problems With Your ÄKTA Avant, Probably Need to Clean The Check Valves

The check Valves in AKTA systems can often get stuck. This leads to a saw tooth pressure curve that goes up and down and pulsing flow. In this video I'll show you how to take the check valves off the chromatography system and clean them without damaging them. You can use this video to clean the check Valves on the ÄKTA Avant, AKTA Pure, and the AKTA Go and even older systems like the ÄKTA Purifier or ÄKTA Explorer.
