Nailing the ‘Booty Bandit’

The plaintiff says the defendant was his best friend until the man’s drinking got out of hand. He says after his wife slapped the defendant at a party for grabbing her behind, the defendant drove his car into the plaintiff’s garage. He’s suing for the cost of the damages. The defendant says he brought hundreds of dollars of alcohol to the party, and he hit the garage by accident when the plaintiff asked him to leave. He’s countersuing for the cost of the liquor.
