One of us says his best days are already behind him and Mikel Arteta has run him into the ground. The other is guaranteeing 20 goals this season and a 25-30 goal contribution campaign if he stays fit. Neither of us is backing down. It all kicks off after Arsenal's 3-0 win over Lille. The Gunners were flat for an hour, then Saka came off the bench, set up Eberechi Eze and rolled in the third himself. Everyone is shouting that he's back, but does a half-hour cameo really prove anything? The case against Saka is all about workload. We talk about Declan Rice's brutal schedule, the hamstring injuries, rotation, and whether Arteta has overplayed his best players. Has the damage already been done? Then we flip it. Neil brings the data: Saka is getting into far more dangerous positions in the box than in previous seasons, even with those missed one-on-ones against Leeds and Napoli. We dig into why the misses stick, why the pressure lands on Saka while Havertz, Gyokeres and Tzolis find their feet, and whether Bruno Guimaraes and Martin Odegaard can take the load off him. We finish with the big question. If Saka stays fit and doesn't hit 20 goals, what does that say about him? And if he picks up another injury, does it become a real problem for Arsenal's title defence? This season could define how everyone remembers Bukayo Saka, and one of us is going to be proved wrong. So is Saka back to his best, or have we already seen it?
