Join Golnar and Maedeh as they face the daily challenges of cave life beside a raging river in the wild Zagros Mountains of Iran! 🌊🌿 In this episode, Golnar and Maedeh work hard to keep their garden alive by carrying water and irrigating the vegetables growing beside their cave and on the cave roof. 🌱💧 🔥 Next, they collect firewood along the rushing river and carry it back to their cave to prepare for the cold days ahead. Golnar then heads to the river, hoping to catch fish for a meal, but despite her efforts, she returns without a catch. 🎣🌊 After enjoying a warm cup of tea, Golnar and Maedeh return to work. They carry soil, mix it with water, and use mud and wooden sticks to reinforce the entrance of their cave shelter, helping protect their home from the approaching cold weather. 🪨🪵🏡 Life beside a raging river is beautiful, but survival requires endless hard work, patience, and determination.
