Lyme Park Half Marathon 7 July 2024 - Up White Nancy, to Bollington and back, with sheep as hazards

Starting at National Trusts Lyme Park in the shadows of the hall, famous for featuring in the film 'Pride and prejudice', the run is just over a half marathon distance. A gruelling start as the runners climb up towards and past the White Nancy beauty spot, the runners drop down into Bollington, then along the canal and back to Lyme Park. No need to bath in the lake as Mr Darcy did, the rain more than soaked the runners.
