The FSCA recently hosted a financial soundness workshop for Financial Services Providers (FSPs) that collect premiums or hold assets on 15 September 2022 The first of two in the series, the workshop explained, amongst others, the requirements for financial soundness as well as the different types of financial statements and supporting documents required to demonstrate financial soundness.
