Moove is set to exit Nigeria and offer eligible customers full ownership of vehicles valued at about ₦35 billion as it winds down operations. The move comes barely a month after Uber announced its withdrawal from the Nigerian market, raising questions about the future of ride-hailing and vehicle-financing businesses in the country. Founded in Lagos, Moove grew into one of Africa’s most valuable private technology companies before announcing plans to relocate its headquarters to the UAE.
