Interview with Eugene Howard, County Judge Democratic Candidate

This is the Brazoria Civic Watch’s interview with Eugene Howard, running for County Judge, interviewed by Andrew Cobb. As a transparent local civic watchdog group, per the Brazoria Civic Watch bylaws, Howard did not know any of the questions asked beforehand. This interview is the first time he is hearing them. The video does include cuts, however each cut is simply dead space and tripped up words on the interviewers part. No questions were asked twice that aren't shown, and Eugene Howard had no given direction for his answers, save the questions themselves. We rely on YOU!
