Takoon pumpscoot baseplate v1 vs v2 fix

Version one lasted 2 days and a week respectively, for those fails see    • takoon baseplate fail   v2 went well the first session^^ time will tell not difficult to fix but you need large thick rings and tighten it down as tight as you can manage, i put mine in a vice.
