Replacing the Coolant Temp Sensor - 2000 to 2006 Nissan Sentra - Part 1

This video shows how to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on a 5th generation Nissan Sentra (1999-2006). I covered the alternator with saran warp to keep coolant from entering it. The remove the electrical connector push down on the end of the tab on the connector, then pull away from the sensor. The part number is TX78 made by Standard Motor Products.
