The track was released as a single on June 23, 2020, about two months before the album's release. The song explores the value of money. __________________________________ On February 15, a gasoline processing unit at the ExxonMobil Refinery in and around Torrance, California, exploded. The explosion took place in the facility's electrostatic precipitator, an emissions reduction machine that produces sparks under typical conditions. Due to a poorly planned and executed maintenance procedure, an offline machine sent hydrocarbons backwards through the gasoline processing unit and into the actively sparking electrostatic precipitator. Two workers were injured, and the debris field reached deep into the surrounding community. Had the fire not been managed so quickly and effectively, upwards of 200,000 people in Southern California could have been profoundly endangered by fire, debris and dangerous chemical fumes. The United States' Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board identified four key issues in its final report on the incident: "Lack of Safe Operating Limits and Operating Procedure," "[Lack of] Safeguard Effectiveness," "[Operation of] Equipment Beyond Safe Operating Life," and, most critically, "Re-Use of Previous Procedure Variance [without] Sufficient Hazard Analysis." The CSB made 10 recommendations for process and policy changes in its report: 1 for the entire industry, 5 for ExxonMobil corporation as a whole, and 4 for the facility at Torrance. One of the recommendations was that a siting risk analysis be performed of the electrostatic precipitator. No acceptable action has been taken on this recommendation as of the posting of this video.
