Sengoku Basara HD - Matsu | Conquest Mode

Now we’re on to Matsu, who is a clone of Kenshin in this game. She gets a Naginata moveset all to herself later in the series but for now, she’s Kenshin 2.0. Which means she has a pretty solid moveset. She has the hawk summoning move that Toshiie has as well as Kenshin’s two first special attacks. All of which are good, so there’s no complaints here. Her opening is by far the most interesting part of her Conquest Mode. It picks up after Toshiie’s opening ends, where she just straight up does a Sailor Moon transformation out of nowhere and then goes to battle to join him. Why Sailor Moon? Why not? Her ending cutscene is exactly the same as Toshiie’s however, and while that is a bit disappointing, it’s appropriate. Like Toshiie, she also doesn’t have an anime cutscene to show off.
