My Manufacturer Lied to Me… These Binders Were NOT What I Ordered | Small Business Vlog

I honestly didn’t know whether to laugh or cry when I opened this package😭 I had very specific instructions for these binder samples, and what I received was… NOT what I approved. The quality was poor, details were wrong, and after being assured that everything would be made according to my specifications, I was left with samples that I simply could not be happy with. In this video, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what went wrong, what the manufacturer told me, what actually showed up at my door, and what this means for the future of this product. This is one of those small business lessons you don’t really understand until you experience it yourself: sometimes you can do everything right and still end up with a product that completely misses the mark. Would you accept these samples or send them back? #SmallBusiness #SmallBusinessVlog #Entrepreneur #BusinessOwner #ProductDevelopment #Manufacturing #SmallBusinessJourney #BehindTheScenes #Ecommerce #HonedTheBrand ___ 💰🧼Shop Honed The Brand x Honed Theory: https://www.honedthebrand.com Use code "YOUTUBE15" to receive 15% off your first purchase Thanks for supporting my small businesses! 💖 ___ 💕Connect With Me 📸Instagram: @honedthebrand @honedtheory 🎵TikTok: @honedthebrand @honedtheory 🛒Amazon Storefront: https://www.amazon.ca/shop/skincarebu... *If you choose to shop my Amazon links, just know that I do earn a small commission ___ 💌Business Inquiries Email: honedforher@gmail.com ___ 🎥Filming Equipment Camera: DJI Osmo Pocket 3 & iPhone 15 Pro Max Editing Software: CapCut ___ Free Music for Videos 👉 Music by Mark Generous - Skin Care - https://thmatc.co/?l=C35C9F81
