Hydrocity Zone Act 1 - Sonic Mania Remix

Creation Time: Around 4 Hours. Made Using: FL Studio 12. It doesn't matter how you think it is pronounced. This zone will always be spoken as "High-Draw-City" just like the word "Velocity." Anyways, pronunciation debate out of the way, I really wanted to take a different approach for this zone, as the official Mania remix by Tee Lopes just sounds out of place in my own opinion. Dont get me wrong, I still LOVE his version. XD I hope you enjoy! :D And as always, here's where you can talk to me!
