"Campanella" means little bell: listen for the high D♯ that rings again and again above the tune. The video opens on that bell, then plays the whole étude from the beginning.
This performance takes notes from pianists in our comments: a steadier pulse (no sudden rushing), trills at a human speed, and the first beat of each bar given real weight. Pianists: what would you change next?

Requests welcome: tell me in the comments which piece to animate next.
The performance is programmed, not played live: every note's timing, touch, pedalling and phrasing was shaped by hand from the score, and rendered on a sampled concert grand.
