Build a medieval lighthouse in Minecraft with weathered white-and-turquoise walls and a keeper’s cottage. Give your coastline a striking landmark that guides ships toward your medieval harbor. In Episode 8 of Medieval Town, we add a lighthouse on a custom rocky island just outside the city. A varied block palette creates gradients, shadows, and the appearance of walls worn by years of sea wind. The attached cottage gives the lighthouse keeper a home, while stairs inside the tower lead up to the lantern room overlooking the ocean. Take inspiration from the coastal setting and texturing ideas to add character to your own medieval town or survival base. The materials list shown in the video covers the NO INTERIOR version only.
