Lovesick Duo: Live at QNote | April 3, 2021 Lovesick Duo are two multi-instrumentalists from Bologna: Paolo Roberto Pianezza, vocals & guitar, and Francesca Alinovi on double bass, percussion and backing vocals. Their music harks back to the traditional and popular sounds of Americana of the 40s and 50s, with lyrics drawing on themes & imagery from Country, Western Swing, to classic Rock’n’Roll. They’ve enjoyed radio play across Europe and as far afield as Brazil, performed in the USA (including in Nashville, Tennessee) and in countless European concerts, as well as recording cinematic soundtracks. Their four albums to date are: Lovesick Duo (2015), New Orleans Session (2017), La Valigia Di Cartone [The Cardboard Suitcase] (2018), All Over Again (2021) and A Country Music Adventure CD+BOOK (2021).
