Ep. 29: Why I Left the LDS Church. From Cult, to Consciousness, to Christ!

This new independence allowed him to explore and question his beliefs without fear of repercussions. He discovered significant doctrinal differences and historical issues within the LDS Church, such as its treatment of the Bible, the character of Joseph Smith, and the discrepancies between LDS scriptures and the Bible. Young emphasizes the importance of biblical literacy and understanding the true Christian gospel, which led him to accept Christ and be saved by grace through faith alone.
