An old classic with a familiar story — one elderly owner, years of barn storage, and surprisingly nice paintwork. What could possibly go wrong? 🤥 What started as a fairly simple repair of some rust around the jacking points soon turned into something a little more interesting. Apparently, a fresh coat of paint doesn't always tell the whole story... In this first episode, we take a closer look at the car, start pulling things apart, and get into some proper old-school rust repair. No fancy workshop equipment required here. Just basic tools, old hammers, a chopping block, a bit of improvisation, and plenty of garage time. Along the way, I'll share some of the techniques, materials and products I use when working on classic cars — with a little sarcasm and questionable decision-making thrown in for good measure.
