BMW R 1300 GSA Oil Change — 3 Mistakes You Should Avoid!

I did my own oil change on my 2026 BMW R 1300 GS Adventure — and I made THREE mistakes along the way! In this detailed step-by-step DIY motorcycle maintenance video, I show you exactly how I serviced my GS Adventure myself instead of taking it to the dealership. Before heading out on a long-distance trip, I wanted to make sure my BMW R 1300 GS Adventure was properly serviced and ready for the miles ahead. In this video, I walk through my complete BMW R 1300 GS Adventure oil change, including removing the skid plates and engine side plate, removing the oil plugs, replacing the crush washers, installing a new oil filter, and adding fresh engine oil. And yes… I made three mistakes during the process.
