Welcome to our ultimate manufacturing guide! In this video, we take you behind the scenes of a commercial plastic household items manufacturing plant. Discover how raw plastic materials and recycled scrap are transformed into everyday utility products using advanced Injection Molding and Blow Molding machines. Whether you are looking to start your own plastic manufacturing business or are simply curious about industrial production lines, this step-by-step walkthrough covers everything from the initial plastic crusher process to final product finishing. What Skill Spotter capture in this video! Introduction: Overview of the Plastic Household Items Business Plastic Crusher & Granulation Process (Recycling raw scrap into reusable granules) 1. Raw Material Preparation & Masterbatch Mixing 2. Injection Molding Process: Manufacturing Plastic Mugs & Cups 3. Injection Molding Process: Producing Roti / Bread Plates (Chapati Plates) 4. Injection Molding Process: Making Milkshake Plastic Glasses 5. Blow Molding Process: Manufacturing Gate Glow Light Globes (Outdoor Pillar Hollow Spheres) 6. Blow Molding Process: Manufacturing Heavy-Duty Water Cans (Jerry Cans) 7. Quality Control, Trimming, Packaging, and Business Setup Tips 8. Over all plastic factory items view 🔍 Detailed Process Breakdown Covered in This Video: 1. Plastic Crusher & Granulation Process The Process: Plastic waste, scrap items, and defective moldings are fed into heavy-duty industrial plastic crushers (grinders). The machine chops the scrap into small flakes. Granulation: These flakes are washed, dried, and often mixed with virgin polymer and color masterbatch to be fed back into the injection or blow molding hopper, ensuring zero-waste efficiency and cost reduction in a commercial setup. 2. Injection Molding Line (High-Pressure Solid Production) Injection molding is used for solid, rigid, and detailed items requiring high dimensional precision: Plastic Mugs: Melted polymer (PP or HDPE) is injected under high pressure into a steel mold cavity, cooled rapidly, and ejected as a durable, smooth-finished drinking mug with an integrated handle. Bread / Roti Plates (Chapati Plates): Manufactured using large-tonnage injection molding machines. The mold ensures uniform thickness, food-grade safety, heat resistance, and glossy surface finishes. Milkshake Plastic Glasses: High-speed injection molding producing thin-walled, transparent or colored disposable/reusable cups with consistent rim thickness. 3. Blow Molding Line (Hollow Container Production) Water Cans (Jerry Cans): Unlike mugs or plates, hollow items like water cans are manufactured using Extrusion Blow Molding. Gate Glow Light Globes (Outdoor Pillar Lamps): Why Blow Molding: Since light globes are hollow, seamless 360° spheres with a single base opening, Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) or Injection Blow Molding (IBM) is used. The Process: A heated, hollow tube of plastic (parison) drops into the spherical mold cavity. Compressed air is blown inside, expanding the plastic evenly against the sphere walls. Material & Finish: Made using UV-stabilized Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylic (PMMA), or Polyethylene (PE) mixed with opal/frosted masterbatch for uniform light diffusion The Process: A hollow tube of molten plastic (called a parison) is extruded downward. The mold closes around it, and compressed air is blown inside, expanding the plastic outward to match the inner contours of the water can mold. This creates a lightweight yet robust, leak-resistant container designed to handle fluid pressure. #PlasticManufacturing #InjectionMolding #BlowMolding #GateGlowLight #PlasticBusiness #ExtrusionBlowMolding #PlasticInjectionMolding #PlasticMolding #FactoryManufacturing #IndustrialProduction #PlasticCrusher #PlasticRecycling #GranulationProcess #PlasticGranules #MouldDesign #PlasticFactory #MachineryProcess #IndustrialAutomation #ManufacturingPlant #PlasticsIndustry
