Shure SM7B Extensive Review

The SM7B has been my favourite microphone for some time. While I have a lot of experience using it, some viewers may not. This review is for anyone contemplating purchasing an SM7B. It's also for those who already own one and need a quick fix of confirmation bias. It is no secret that I have been a big Shure dynamic mic fan for almost 30 years. I have never had a Shure microphone die on me in all that time. They are that reliable. They also possess a sound that is, in my opinion, unequaled when it comes to Shure's dynamic line of mics. I chose the SM7B as my first review for these very reasons. I welcome Shure to send me other mics to test. ;) Buy an SM7B now! https://geni.us/HrNM Contents: 0:00 - Intro 0:50 - History of the SM7B 03:21 - Features and Information 07:02 - Preamp Noise Test 08:52 - Plosive Test 09:38 - Off-Axis Rejection Test 10:05 - Music Tests 11:39 - Field Recording Tests 12:45 - Conclusions 16:25 - Movie Quote BUY ME A COFFEE! https://www.buymeacoffee.com/thetps #Shure #SM7B #MicReview Equipment used in this video.
