​The 2025 Avalon Australian International Airshow in Victoria, Australia, proceeded under a somber cloud following a serious incident the day prior. Veteran pilot Glenn Collins of the Paul Bennet Airshows team was critically injured during an aerobatic performance on March 28, 2025. His aircraft crashed during a maneuver, leading to severe injuries and his hospitalization in critical condition. Despite this tragic event, the airshow continued, showcasing a range of impressive aerial displays.
