Approaching the time of the Never Setting Sun I Spring diaries

Spring always makes me fall in love with living in the North again. In the midst of the darkest winter it’s easy to feel that all you want to do is sleep and the memory of the sun feels distant. But when we near the time of the never setting sun, you remember the feeling of endless light, the sounds of birds in the middle of the night and the buzzing of insects. All life, surrounding you, everywhere. It’s beautiful.
