"𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒍-𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔"11-16; 23-18! Perhaps exception may be taken to the name conferred upon the opening; but the title "New-Bristol" is very inappropriate, the fact that there was a published play on this line by a Spanish author in the middle of the Seventeenth Century. Besides being one of the oldest it is one of the strongest replies to 11-16 and merits a distinctive title for itself.
