That is how trap games are born. Or is it? One of us thinks the real trap games were the ones before Notre Dame. Another has a friend on staff who says the focus in the building this week is something he has not seen before. We taped this one from our living rooms the night before kickoff, just the three of us. So we get into all of it. How your swagger changes when everybody wants to knock off the No. 2 team. Why Florida teams always seem to be full of speed. Whether this is the most complete BYU team we have ever seen. And how a program that has spent decades punching above its weight handles being the one with the target on its back. Then the Larsen Line is back with three new numbers. Fumbles, Kyler Kasper’s catches, and BYU’s margin of victory. We did not agree on much. Then we call our score predictions. We also debut a new segment, Contender or Pretender, brought to you by True Blue Cougar. Six games left to prove it. Plus a question about Utah that one of us flat out refuses to entertain, and your comments from last week. Trap game or statement game? Drop your score in the comments before kickoff. We read every one. Kickoff is 1:30 p.m. MT on FOX. WATCH AND JOIN True Blue Cougar. Everything happening in Cougar Nation in one place, plus the Cougar Community message board.
