'I LISTEN IN HORROR' - Rupert Lowe LAMBASTS Civil Servant over 'DANGEROUS' use of public funds

During a meeting of the Public Accounts Committee Thursday, Rupert Lowe took Civil Servants to task over their use of public funds to physically repair parliament. Lowe warned of "huge danger" in the use of funds, with £64 million being used on gates outside parliament, and an apparent lack of construction expertise among those in the planning process.
