Just a video here made for people going through the tapering process off of Venlafaxine. I explain techniques and coping strategies that enable space away from the symptoms to bring a sense of calmness and create distractions that bring empowerment and a sense of control. I think it’s critical during the tapering process after long term physical, and psychological dependency to psychotropic drugs to have strategies in place, in order to cope with the array of symptoms and severe adverse affects, one may experience’s during this process.
