Toro 20340 Push Mower - NO Start...to running GREAT!

Toro 20340 Push mower will not start. SUPPER FUNNY cause its a Briggs and Stratton engine and it says right on the top "guaranteed to start" HAHA Make mongo laugh. If you got a push mower and it not starting Follow along with Mongo Fix he going to check it all out. Mongo ended up needing to do all the things.
