SASH 30 Film

Created to mark SASH’s 30th anniversary, this film celebrates three decades of providing safe accommodation and life-changing support to young people facing homelessness. Through powerful personal stories, it reflects on the impact SASH has had on individuals, communities and the people who have helped shape the charity’s journey. The film features former young people who have received support from SASH, sharing how the charity helped them rebuild their lives. It also includes the perspective of a former trustee who volunteered as a host, a long-standing corporate supporter who now serves as Chair of the SASH Board, and members of staff, including the CEO. Together, they tell the story of a charity built on compassion, partnership and belief in young people’s potential. More than a celebration of 30 years, the film is a tribute to everyone who has been part of the SASH community and a reminder of the lasting difference that safe housing, support and opportunity can make.
