Ex GNR(I) S Class 4-4-0 No.171 Slieve Gullion at Dundalk. 4/10/26

On Sunday 4th October the RPSI's Ex GNR(I) S Class 4-4-0 No.171 Slieve Gullion returned to her home line for the first time in over 20 years as she worked the Great Northern 150 Railtour from Dublin to Dundalk & Drogheda. In this video we see 171 on her home ground at Dundalk while shunting her train. This tour was ran to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Great Northern Railway (Ireland). The GNR(I) was formed in 1876 and run until their operations were took over by the UTA & C.I.E in 1958.
