We Started With a Run… and Ended Up Getting Tattoos 😂 | Vlog

Welcome to our FIRST Life, Unfiltered & Rooted vlog! 🤎🌱 Apparently our idea of a girls’ day is waking up for a 7:30AM run, heading straight to yoga at 9AM, and somehow ending up getting tattoos by noon. 😂 Come spend the day with Crystal & Shakela outside of the podcast studio — running, laughing, trying to find a little balance, and making memories along the way. If you usually catch us having the conversations everybody has an opinion about, the vlogs are where you get to know US. 🫶🏾
