The story of the service center began with just a few HPLC systems in a garage. Through cooperation with experienced service engineers, laboratories, and scientific institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad, we grew from a thirty-square-meter laboratory into today’s four-hundred-square-meter facility, with further expansion already planned. Today, the center houses hundreds of analytical instruments, modules, and complete systems, together with thousands of spare parts and consumables. Our primary focus is chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, and related laboratory equipment. We work with technologies from Agilent, Waters, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shimadzu, SCIEX, and many other leading manufacturers. Our expertise begins with people. The LabRulez sales team, service engineers, and content specialists are trained analytical chemists with decades of combined experience across different fields. This means we understand not only the instruments themselves, but also the methods, applications, and everyday needs of laboratories. For HPLC and LC‑MS, we offer new, pre-owned, and professionally refurbished HPLC and UHPLC systems and mass spectrometers – from reliable platforms for routine analysis to triple quadrupole, QTOF, and Orbitrap systems. Individual modules, detectors, accessories, and tested spare parts are also available. For GC and GC‑MS, our solutions range from conventional gas chromatographs with standard detectors and single- and triple-quadrupole systems to GC/Q‑TOF and other high-resolution platforms. The portfolio also includes autosamplers, sample-introduction systems, GC columns, gas generators, accessories, and consumables. The platform also offers a broad selection of general laboratory instruments. These include pure and ultrapure water systems, analytical balances, evaporators, centrifuges, vacuum equipment, UV‑Vis spectrophotometers, density meters, refractometers, and many other instruments for everyday laboratory work. Spare parts and accessories are another major part of our center. We provide new, refurbished, and professionally tested components for HPLC, GC, LC‑MS, GC‑MS, capillary electrophoresis, ICP‑MS, and ICP‑OES. From pumps, valves, and autosampler components to ion sources, vacuum pumps, electronics, sample-introduction components, and ion optics. Tested parts are supplied with a standard three-month warranty. Many additional components can also be sourced on request from hundreds of instruments and modules held in stock. Selected systems can be viewed at our center, tested during a live demonstration, or rented. We help you choose the right configuration, verify its condition, and arrange transportation, installation, warranty, service, and long-term expert support.
