Jammu Kashmir श्रीनगर में फिल्म फेस्टिवल के उद्घाटन के दौरान सीएम उमर अब्दुल्ला और फारूक अब्दुल्ला की मौजूदगी में पूरा वंदे मातरम को गाए जाने से कांग्रेस तिलमिला गई है। कांग्रेस महासचिव केसी वेणुगोपाल ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला से कहा कि वंदेमातरम को पूरा गाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है, क्योंकि ये भारत की मिली-जुली और pluralist सोच में फिट नहीं बैठता..दरअसल कश्मीर में इंटरनेशनल फिल्म फेस्टिवल के उद्घाटन समारोह के दौरान पूरा वंदेमातरम गाया गया..फारूख अब्दुल्ला और उमर अब्दुल्ला समेत सारे dignitaries इस दौरान खड़े रहे और वंदेमातरम गाया..इसी वीडियो को अपने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में अपलोड कर केसी वेणुगोपाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस अपने सहयोगियों से अपील करती है कि जितना वंदेमातरम स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने सेलेक्ट किया था, उतना ही गाएं..
