I went to celebrate International Week of the Deaf and thought I was there to support these amazing children… but they ended up teaching ME so much. ❤️ At first, I felt completely lost because I didn’t know sign language while everyone around me was communicating through their hands. I joined their games, laughed with them, and eventually they patiently taught me the sign-language alphabet, how to introduce my name, and even how to say YouTube, subscribe, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. 🥹❤️ This day reminded me that communication is not only about speaking. Sometimes, our hands, smiles and kindness can say everything.
