How to Assemble Your Printable Planner

Click the settings ⚙️ icon, choose Quality, and select 720p HD for a clearer view of the planner. ) In this tutorial, you’ll learn: What supplies I use to assemble my disc-bound planner How I make my own planner covers using cardstock and lamination How to punch and insert printable planner pages How to move pages around to customize your planner How to print two planner pages on one sheet for a smaller planner Why I prefer this setup over a traditional 3-ring binder Printing two pages on one sheet: If you want to try a smaller planner, open your PDF and select these print settings: 1. Under Page Sizing & Handling, choose Multiple. 2. Set Pages per sheet to 2. 3. Select Horizontal for page order. 4. Keep the orientation set to Portrait. 5. Check your preview before printing. Printing on US Letter paper creates approximately half-letter pages when cut in half. If you use A4 paper, you can create A5-sized pages. I recommend testing one weekly spread first to make sure you have enough writing space.
