My First Bike Park - Mt Washington, BC - Aug 2026

I've been riding and racing since 1990, and had never ridden a bike park. My daughter gave me Mt Washington passes for last Christmas, and I finally got to a few weeks back. Initially it was weird not pedaling UP, but I soon got used to that! It took a while to get into the swing of things, my jumping improved substantially throughout the day - until my thighs could take no more! Circa 15 descents of the hill - and I was feeling it by the end of the day for sure!
